What we collect

Depending on how you use this service, we may handle:

• Account details such as your email address, username, and password information needed for sign-in.
• Discord profile details provided through Discord sign-in, such as your Discord user ID, username, display name, email, avatar, and available role information.
• Connection details and homework metadata returned by a platform you choose to connect, so the workspace can show account state and available work.
• Technical information such as request timestamps, browser or device details, and error information needed to operate and protect the service.
• Messages and identifiers included when you contact support.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, authenticate your account, show connected-platform state, operate homework sessions, respond to support requests, diagnose failures, and understand which parts of the service need attention.

If paid features are enabled, we may also use account and transaction information to provide billing and access control. The pricing page identifies when checkout is available.

When information is shared

We may pass the minimum information needed to the connected platform you ask it to use, to infrastructure providers that help run the service, or to service operators who help us respond to a request. Those providers only receive information relevant to their role.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a restructuring or transfer of the service.

Storage and retention

Account, session, connection, and support information is kept for as long as it is needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet operational requirements. Retention can vary by data type and by the platform involved.

When information is no longer needed, it is removed or retained only in a form that is not intended to identify you, subject to backups and legal requirements.

Cookies and local storage

This service uses an authentication cookie to keep your signed-in session working. The interface may also use limited device-local storage for preferences. We do not use the public pages to create a behavioural advertising profile.

Your browser can block or clear cookies, but doing so may sign you out or prevent workspace features from working.

Your choices

You can review the information visible in your workspace, disconnect supported platforms, sign out, and contact support about an account or data request. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information.

To make a request, sign in and use the support channel with enough detail for us to identify the relevant account. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice when the product, connected services, or data practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
